Methodology
Each scan records pass/warn/fail per control. We count the most recent 2,000 scans, one row per scan, and publish per-control pass rates only when at least 50 distinct domains are represented. No domain names, grades or evidence are published. Scans of a single domain by one user can inflate that domain's weight; treat these figures as directional.
