Fix “Software version disclosure” on Caddy
Suppress or genericise the Server header and remove X-Powered-By at the web-server/framework level.

Re-run the Software version disclosure check after deploying. Test config changes in staging first and keep a rollback: a wrong header can break a site faster than a missing one.
